Welcome to Authorized Customer Care, a service operated by LMR Group. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Service Scope

We provide doorstep home appliance repair services in Bangalore, including:

  • LED TV Repair

  • Washing Machine Repair

  • Microwave Oven Repair

  • Refrigerator Repair

  • AC Repair

Our services are offered by a team of experienced local technicians. We operate as an independent service provider, not affiliated with any appliance brand.


2. Booking & Inspection Charges

  • We charge a ₹299 inspection and visiting fee per service request.

  • This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the repair.

  • Any additional repair charges will be communicated in advance and executed only upon customer approval.


3. Warranty Policy

  • We provide a limited service warranty depending on the type of appliance and repair.

  • Warranty details will be clearly mentioned on the service invoice or receipt.

  • Warranty covers only the parts replaced and the specific issues addressed during the repair.


4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate contact and appliance information

  • Be available at the scheduled time for the technician visit

  • Pay applicable charges as communicated before and after repair

  • Ensure safe and accessible working conditions for our technician


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled visit.

  • Last-minute cancellations may still be subject to the ₹299 visiting charge.


6. Limitation of Liability

Authorized Customer Care (LMR Group) and its technicians are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing appliance issues not related to the current repair

  • Any loss of data or media (in devices like TVs or smart appliances)

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure

We do not guarantee that all repairs will restore the appliance to original factory performance.


7. Privacy & Data Use

We collect only essential customer details, including:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • Appliance issue

This data is used strictly for service delivery and is not shared with third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
